Senior Regulatory Lawyer | Global Financial Institution | Permanent

Are you a Senior Regulatory Lawyer looking for your next challenge?

Whether you're considering your first move in-house from private practice or you're an experienced in-house lawyer looking for a fresh opportunity, this is an exciting chance to join a leading global financial institution at the forefront of financial services regulation.

If you're looking for a broad, strategic role where no two days are the same, this could be the opportunity for you. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, advising on complex UK and EU financial services regulatory matters, supporting regulatory change programmes, and helping shape innovative initiatives in the digital assets and tokenisation space.

This is far more than a traditional advisory position. You'll become a trusted legal partner to the business, providing commercially focused advice on regulatory, legal and reputational risk, supporting strategic business initiatives, negotiating commercial agreements, and influencing decision-making at a senior level.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
