Overview
Deloitte Operations are looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting BA / SME to support a large-scale Regulatory Reporting re-platforming programme. This role will focus on detailed systems analysis, source-to-target mapping, data lineage, reporting logic and data quality controls across EMIR, SFTR and MiFID reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and remediate regulatory reporting issues across EMIR, SFTR and MiFID II.
- Conduct root cause analysis of reporting exceptions, breaks and defects.
- Support regulatory remediation and backlog reduction initiatives.
- Document business requirements and reporting controls.
- Perform reconciliations and support UAT activities.
- Partner with Operations, Compliance, Technology and Front Office stakeholders.
- Ensure reporting processes meet FCA and ESMA regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
- Extensive experience within Transaction Reporting / Regulatory Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of EMIR, SFTR and/or MiFID II reporting obligations.
- Experience delivering regulatory remediation, issue resolution and control enhancement programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced investment banking environment.
- Experience within a tier 1 US investment bank

Highly Desirable
- Commodity derivatives reporting experience across Oil, Gas, Metals or Agriculture products.
- Strong understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle.
