About The Role

A Leeds-based firm is seeking a Senior Regulatory Solicitor to join its practice, with a salary between £55,000 and £85,000 depending on experience. The Role

An outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to step into a senior role within a top law firm experiencing rapid growth and a surge in high-quality instructions.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise on a broad range of regulatory and criminal matters, including but not limited to health and safety, environmental, consumer, transport, and corporate crime.
  • Handle investigations, enforcement action, PACE interviews, inquests, and court proceedings.
  • Work closely with experienced partners and practitioners whilst simultaneously supervising junior members of the team.
  • Build specialist expertise and take on meaningful responsibility as the firm continues to thrive and grow.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from individuals with at least 6 years’ PQE alongside experience in at least 2 relevant areas such as health and safety, environmental law, consumer or product regulation, transport law, corporate crime, and financial crime.

Requirements:

  • Confident managing a varied caseload with autonomy.
  • Providing practical and commercially focused advice to an enviable client base.
  • Experience handling contentious regulatory matters.
  • Interest in the business development and strategic growth of the firm.
