At Inspire Neurocare, we support adults with complex neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries to live more independent, meaningful lives. We deliver personalised rehabilitation, nursing care and therapeutic support that goes beyond traditional long-term care.
We’re looking for compassionate, motivated Senior Rehabilitation Assistants to join our dedicated team.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Rehabilitation Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our resident’s day to day. This is a hands-on, person-centred role where no two days are the same.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting residents with personal care tasks (where required)
- Encouraging participation in rehabilitation, therapy and social activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Working closely with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team
- Delivering care in line with individual care plans
You’ll take the time to get to know each resident and support them in a way that respects their goals, preferences and independence.

To Be Successful You Will Need
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care as a minimum or equivalent qualifications
- Previous experience within complex care or a related healthcare setting, together with a good understanding of rehabilitation principles
- If you have experience in a neurological care environment, that's ideal, but it's not essential.

At Fernhill Neurological Centre in Farnborough, our interdisciplinary team of experts, including neuro physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists, work to tailor rehabilitation and care that improve people’s lives.
