Senior Reinsurance Pricing Actuary
Location: London, United Kingdom
Contract: Full time
We are working with a leading London Market reinsurance broker seeking a Senior Reinsurance Pricing Actuary to join their established actuarial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified actuary with strong reinsurance pricing experience to take on a senior role across complex Treaty and Facultative business.
About the role
You will play a key role in supporting the broking and client teams through pricing, modelling and analysis of reinsurance programmes. Working closely with brokers, clients and senior leadership teams, you will provide robust actuarial insight to support commercial decision making and the placement of complex risks.

Key Responsibilities
- Pricing and modelling Treaty and Facultative reinsurance Programmes
- Providing technical actuarial advice to brokers and clients
- Develop and enhance actuarial models, dashboards and reporting processes
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve actuarial processes
- Conduct portfolio and profitability analysis, identifying key drivers of performance

Ideal Candidate
- General Insurance Actuary, qualified or qualified by experience, with strong experience in reinsurance pricing and structuring
- Specialty lines background
- Knowledge of Lloyd’s/London Market insurance
- Experience and exposure rating skills
- Good software skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop relationships with a range of stakeholders
