Join us as a Senior Relationship Manager in Commercial Real Estate Finance

We’re looking for someone to control strategic and day-to-day support for client services, business development, and relationship building.

You’ll form part of the frontline client team and add value to the client agenda.

This is an opportunity to develop and manage the strategies used to maintain strong client experiences, making sure that excellent client services are being delivered.

Your time will be split between client meetings at their premises, collaborating with colleagues in the office, minimum two days a week, or as required, with the remainder working remotely.

What you'll do

In this fast-paced role, you’ll be building deep relationships with your customers and prospects, developing quantitative and qualitative business cases for their borrowing requests, using these to estimate lending and service needs and requirements. You’ll also be providing effective business management skills through the management of existing client relationships, as well as serving as a liaison between the customer and business partners to make sure that all customer needs are met and updates are received by both parties.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
