About the Role

DES Capital has been exclusively retained to identify accomplished Senior Private Bankers covering GCC clients, for a select number of confidential executive appointments in Zurich, Geneva and Dubai.

Fixed remuneration typically ranges between CHF 350,000 and CHF 500,000, and total remuneration may substantially exceed CHF 1 million.

Location: Zurich, Geneva and Dubai, and we welcome advisers currently based in London

Trust is your greatest asset. The right platform should protect it.

Gulf wealth is passing to a second generation that expects Swiss booking alongside a genuine regional presence, and Saudi clients increasingly expect to be served both onshore and offshore. Our clients are building for that rather than servicing it from a distance.

Exceptional relationships in this market are rarely built quickly. They are earned over years through sound judgement, discretion and an unwavering commitment to families whose interests span several jurisdictions.

At some point, every experienced private banker asks an important question:

Does my current platform still enable me to deliver the highest standard of advice to my clients?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Opportunity

Our clients are seeking professionals with established relationships across the Gulf.

Depending on the institution, these appointments may provide:

  • Booking in Zurich, Geneva and Dubai
  • Sharia compliant solutions where clients require them
  • Lending against regional and international assets
  • Sophisticated investment and wealth planning solutions
  • Several clients open to taking a team rather than an individual

You May Recognise Yourself

Your reputation has been built on trust rather than transactions. You advise entrepreneurial families with discretion, cultural awareness and long term perspective. Arabic alongside English is an advantage rather than a requirement.

The relationships are yours. You built them, you hold them today, and they would follow you to an institution that serves them better.

Why Exceptional Professionals Move

The strongest private bankers rarely move for compensation alone. They move when another institution enables them to create greater value for their clients through broader capabilities, deeper expertise and a clearer long term vision.

For exceptional professionals, total annual remuneration may substantially exceed CHF 1 million.
