Salary: £45,422 - £52,838

Contract: FTC - Up to 3 years, 12 months minimum

Location: Flexible UK location

About the Role

We are very excited to be looking for a Senior Relationship Manager - Major Partnership, to join the amazing team at Barnardo's and take the lead on one of the charity's flagship national corporate partnerships.

Managing a team of Regional Managers and overseeing a partnership generating approximately £2m annually, you'll be responsible for driving engagement, income growth, retention, and long-term strategic development. Working closely with senior stakeholders across both organisations, you'll develop multi-year partnership plans, influence decision makers, deliver exceptional supporter experiences, and ensure the partnership continues to achieve ambitious fundraising and impact objectives.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of a nationally recognised charity partnership, while helping Barnardo's support vulnerable children and young people across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience developing and managing high-value corporate, client or donor relationships within large and complex organisations.
  • A strong track record of delivering account plans, managing sizeable income budgets, and achieving financial targets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at senior decision-maker level.
