Are you an experienced relationship, account management or resource-planning professional who excels at building trusted professional relationships while coordinating people, resources and schedules?
Access Care is seeking an accomplished, highly organised Senior Relationship & Resource Manager to join our family-run team in Stockbridge, Hampshire.
The role
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of professional live-in carers, becoming their principal point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships.
Alongside this, you’ll coordinate availability, schedules, placements and changeovers; anticipate resource gaps; solve problems; and manage changing priorities. You’ll also provide day-to-day leadership to a Relationship & Resource Consultant, setting priorities and ensuring that actions are followed through.
This is a role for someone with substantial professional experience, sound judgement and a naturally logical mind—someone who enjoys people, takes charge and is very good at making complicated things work.
Previous care-sector experience is not required. We welcome experienced professionals from account management, recruitment, resource planning, scheduling, hospitality, property, professional services and other relationship-led operational environments.
About Access Care

For more than thirty years, we’ve built our reputation on trusted relationships, high standards and doing things properly. We value good judgement, personal responsibility and attention to detail, and we tell the truth even when the conversation is difficult.
We’re ambitious, professional and continually looking for better ways to work—without losing the warmth and personality of a family business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
