From voice-enabled vehicles to food ordering and customer support, our multilingual, omnichannel technology already impacts hundreds of millions worldwide.
The Opportunity
The Release Management (aka Service Technology) team is the backbone of our product delivery, responsible for the "1Click" installation and upgrade of our enterprise AI solutions. As our Release Operations Manager, you will be the "air traffic controller" for the team.
While the engineers focus on the "brilliant brains" of automation, you will focus on the organizational pulse. You will track every moving part of the release cycle—from R&D handoffs to final "White Glove" client delivery—ensuring no task falls through the cracks and every partner interaction is seamless
What You'll Do
- Workflow Coordination: Track the end-to-end lifecycle of product installations and upgrades, ensuring engineers are meeting deadlines for L3/L4 support and client-specific deployments.
- Release Tracking & Reporting: Utilize Jira and Slack integrations to monitor upgrade success/failure rates and provide high-level status reports to leadership.
- Process Architecture: Design and implement organizational systems or "trackers" to manage client-specific git repositories, inventory configurations, and environment-specific overrides.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between Release Management, R&D, and external Partners to ensure smooth transitions during the release management process.
- Documentation Oversight: Ensure that Confluence documentation for both internal teams and external partners remains up-to-date and "customer-friendly".
- Resource Management: Coordinate "White Glove" support schedules, ensuring senior and junior engineers are appropriately allocated for long-duration partner installs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Bring
- Exceptional Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced SaaS or AI environment.
- Technical Literacy: While not a coding role, you must understand the "language" of the team, including concepts like CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced experience with project management and tracking tools, specifically Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket/Git.
- Strategic Thinking: A mindset of continuous improvement—if a tracking process is manual or inefficient, you have the drive to "automate" the workflow.
- Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical hurdles into clear business updates for partners.
