Ready to play a key leadership role in one of the UK's largest housing association fire remediation programmes? Join us as Senior Remediation Compliance Manager and help drive compliance, assurance and resident protection across the Peabody fire remediation programme.

What You'll Do

As Senior Remediation Compliance Manager, you'll lead a specialist compliance function at the centre of Peabody's Fire Remediation Programme, overseeing a team of 15 through two Fire Remediation Managers. You'll be responsible for delivering critical resident assurance programmes, managing complex compliance risks and ensuring robust governance across a large and varied property portfolio.

This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for the Deed of Certificate programme, landlord certificate production, fire safety compliance case management and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with senior leaders across Peabody, helping shape decisions that directly impact residents, leaseholders and the wider business.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the delivery of Peabody's fire remediation compliance and resident assurance programmes across a large residential portfolio
  • Take ownership of the leaseholder Deed of Certificate programme, ensuring delivery against milestones, timescales and compliance requirements
  • Oversee landlord certificate production, supporting property sales and protecting key organisational income streams
  • Lead resident and leaseholder engagement activity, ensuring communications are clear, timely and customer focused
  • Provide expert oversight of fire safety compliance matters, including EWS1 enquiries, lender assurance and legal case management
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, managing agents, solicitors, local authorities and other external partners
  • Identify emerging risks and provide clear, data-led reporting and recommendations to senior leaders and executives
  • Ensure accurate governance, reporting and audit trails across all areas of responsibility
  • Manage budgets, service charge considerations and financial reporting across key remediation programmes
  • Champion high standards of compliance while delivering excellent outcomes for residents and leaseholders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
