About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Renewals specialist based in London to own and grow our Enterprise and Transactional customer base across the UK and Americas.

At Ansarada, we believe AI will fundamentally change how high-performing teams work. We see it as mission-critical to how businesses scale, make better decisions, and create more value for customers.

We’re on a journey, which makes this an exciting opportunity for an experienced renewals or account management professional who wants real ownership. If you’re commercially sharp, curious about AI-enabled ways of working, and ready to run a region on your own, we want to hear from you.

As our Senior Renewal Specialist for UK & Americas, you’ll take full ownership of Ansarada’s renewals book across two regions. Your portfolio will span a broad range of accounts, including key Enterprise and large value accounts.

Alongside protecting and growing what’s already in your book, you’ll hunt for whitespace within existing accounts and look for opportunities to bring fragmented contracts together into a single, larger agreement. You’ll bring strong renewals, account management experience and real commercial ownership, with the opportunity to help build a team as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own your renewals book

Hold commercial accountability for renewal and expansion outcomes across UK and Americas renewal customers. Mixed accounts with smaller and mid-market deals supported via automation, as well as Enterprise contracts that need more strategic handling. You’ll also hunt for growth within your existing accounts — identifying opportunities to bundle multiple smaller contracts within a customer into one larger agreement, and multi-threading into new teams as accounts grow.

  • Build strong customer relationships

Develop relationships with customers across two regions and industries by understanding their goals, workflows, and evolving business needs. You’ll combine AI-enabled insight with genuine relationship-building to navigate renewal conversations and deliver a seamless experience.

  • Balance volume with strategic depth

Run an efficient, proactive cadence across a high volume of smaller accounts, while stepping up with deeper, more consultative engagement for your Enterprise relationships as they come up for renewal.

  • Shape the region, with room to grow

As the sole Renewals hire spanning UK & Americas, you’ll have the chance to guide the regional cadence and playbook and make it your own.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally

Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, influence account strategy, and identify opportunities to deepen engagement and value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Help us evolve

We value curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement. You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas forward, improve processes, and help shape how we scale renewals across the UK and Americas.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years’ experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or customer success, with demonstrated ownership of a revenue-bearing book of business.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of accounts leveraging advanced automation while prioritising a smaller number of strategic Enterprise relationships as they arise.
  • A confident negotiator, able to manage commercial conversations from small including more complex agreements.
  • A track record of proactively sourcing expansion — multi-threading into new stakeholders, and bundling smaller contracts into a single, larger commercial agreement.
  • Strong CRM discipline (Salesforce or equivalent) and forecasting rigor across a large portfolio.
  • Ambition to grow into a people-leadership role as the region scales.

AI Fluency

  • You use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) daily — for account research, outreach drafting, and feedback synthesis.
  • You prompt for real output: renewal summaries, customer value narratives, churn risk assessments, and upgrade proposals.
  • You know where AI sharpens your instincts — and where your empathy and persistence still win.
  • You share what works and you’re always looking for what’s next.

Mindset

  • Customer-first — you genuinely care about helping customers get value, not just closing renewals.
  • Commercially driven — you think in revenue and retention, not just activity.
  • Hunter mentality, pointed at your own book — you see whitespace in every account, and you’re just as energised bundling a bigger deal out of existing contracts as you are defending a renewal.
  • AI-curious by default — always looking for a smarter, faster way to run your book.
  • Resilient and positive — comfortable managing a high volume of renewals without losing momentum.
  • Learns fast — every renewal, retained or lost, sharpens how you run the next one.
  • A builder — you want to shape a function, not just fill a seat.

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Retention → churn reduced across your owned subscriptions, across both regions.
  • Expansion → upgrade and cross-sell opportunities identified and converted.
  • Portfolio health → no renewal sitting un-actioned across a high-volume book; every account has a clear next step.
  • Timing → renewal conversations happening at the right moment, not too late.
  • Forecast accuracy → reliable, consistent forecasting across a high-volume portfolio.
  • Insight → structured customer feedback reaching the teams that can act on it.
