Join One of the UK's Largest Infrastructure Projects

Sizewell C is looking for experienced Senior Reporting Manager (Project Control, PMO) experience across Project Controls disciplines to join our Reporting team on a full time, permanent basis.

Sizewell C is delivering one of the UK’s most significant clean energy infrastructure projects, building a new nuclear power station in Suffolk to provide reliable, low-carbon electricity for generations to come. Backed by major investors and the UK Government, the project is focused on delivering world-class standards of safety, quality, and performance while drawing on lessons learned from Hinkley Point C to drive innovation, efficiency, and value.

About the Role

As Senior Reporting Manager for the Civils Programme, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality reporting that enables informed decision-making across one of the UK's largest and most complex infrastructure projects.

You will lead the development, coordination and continuous improvement of programme reporting, working collaboratively with Project Controls, Delivery, Commercial, Planning, Cost, Risk and Change teams to ensure consistent, accurate and timely performance information is available to senior leadership.

This role is central to driving reporting excellence across the Civils Programme. You will champion data quality, standardisation and automation, helping to transform complex project data into clear, insightful management information that supports programme governance, strategic planning and successful project delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
