About us
BeInCrypto is an independent financial intelligence organization that provides rigorous, verified reporting on digital assets and the institutional adoption of blockchain technology. We bridge TradFi and crypto ecosystems. Our 100+ journalists and analysts have direct relationships with policymakers, institutional traders, and market infrastructure teams, giving us early sight into how traditional finance is integrating digital assets. Operating a globally distributed newsroom across 26 regional correspondent desks in 50+ countries enables round-the-clock coverage, deep sector expertise, and institutional-grade insight. We are official media partners of the industry's leading conferences, including Token2049, EthCC, Blockchain Weeks, Proof of Talks, and others.
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Research Analyst to lead the development of BeInCrypto's institutional research product from strategy to execution. You will produce publicly available financial research covering digital assets and TradFi markets, including sponsored reports backed by data and expert commentary, and translate this research into content across podcasts, newsletters, and interviews. You will define research priorities, oversee institutional-grade reports, and turn research into a scalable commercial product. This role combines analytical thinking, product ownership, industry relationship building, and public thought leadership. You will work closely with editorial, product, design, and commercial teams to create research that drives both industry impact and business growth.
What you’ll do:
- Own research product, define strategy and most engaging angles, set quality standards, oversee report production and quality control
- Produce publicly available financial research covering digital assets and TradFi markets, including sponsored reports backed by data and expert commentary
- Translate research into content across podcasts, newsletters, and YouTube interviews, acting as host and presenting findings to extend reach and build brand credibility
- Shape research output into commercial products: recurring reports, data indices, premium subscriptions, sponsorship opportunities to maximize monetization potential
- Build and leverage a network of institutional experts and data platforms for exclusive insights and co-production partnerships
- Identify institutional buyers (exchanges, funds, market makers, infrastructure) and flag partnership opportunities to the sales team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
