Senior Research & Insight Executive

As a Senior Research & Insight Executive, you’ll work closely with our Research & Insight Manager, Alex, and the wider team to understand, challenge, and shape briefs into effective research approaches and strategies. You’ll take day-to-day ownership of projects from the initial brief through to analysis, reporting, and presentation, independently managing established projects.

A key part of the role will be supporting and running brand tracking programmes, including questionnaire development, data quality checks, wave-on-wave analysis, and turning changes in brand health into clear, commercially useful recommendations. You’ll investigate customer, competitor, and market behaviours using quantitative and qualitative research tools, audience platforms, and AI-enabled approaches.

Confidently presenting findings to clients and colleagues will be central to the role, alongside managing suppliers, timelines, and multiple priorities.

Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, commercial curiosity, and the ability to turn complex data into engaging, actionable stories are essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
