Senior Research Executive - UK England

The Role
As a Senior Research Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality healthcare market research projects, working closely with clients and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day delivery and logistics of projects, proactively keeping things on track and anticipating what needs to happen next.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and nothing gets missed.
- Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted day-to-day point of contact.
- Taking the lead on smaller projects and supporting across all areas of larger projects.
- Developing screeners, questionnaires and discussion guides with minimal senior support.
- Preparing moderator briefings, analysis templates and leading project briefings.
- Moderating unviewed interviews and interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Contributing to reports and taking ownership of individual sections.
- Presenting findings and sections of debriefs to clients with confidence.
- Leading client calls and ensuring a high level of client service throughout each project.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and best practice.

- Strong project management, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience within a healthcare market research agency, with a strong background in project management, research material design, and qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a high level of ownership.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and stay ahead of potential issues.
- Strong forward-planning skills, particularly around recruitment, project timelines and client communication.
- Excellent teamwork and active listening skills.
