We’re looking for an SRE with a digital-first mindset, a curiosity for how advertising really works and the ambition to step into broader client, commercial and project responsibilities.
This is a growth role sitting within our Advertising Effectiveness & Insights team, but with the scope to take on more client-facing and strategic tasks. You will support the design, delivery and presentation of research that evaluates the performance of advertising across channels, platforms and formats. You’ll support some of the world’s most exciting brands and media owners, contributing to studies that span cinema, digital, TV, social and more.
This is an exciting, hands-on role for someone with a passion for patterns, a nose for narratives and a drive to develop quickly in a fast-paced environment where curiosity is crucial and rigour is rewarded.
Role Responsibilities:
Client Delivery
- Take ownership of ad effectiveness studies, from kick-off to insight
- Turn data into compelling narratives that drive commercial impact
- Present findings with clarity and confidence
Project Management & Team Support
- Handle multiple deadlines and responsibilities with a calm, can-do attitude
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency
- Play a mentoring role with junior researchers, supporting standards and ways of working
Innovation & Digital Thinking
- Help evolve our methods for evaluating advertising, especially digital and social formats
- Be an internal advocate for testing new tools and techniques
- Feed into new business and proposal work where your digital/media expertise adds value

Commercial Acumen & Proposal Development
- Work with our Associate Director and new business team to shape smart, methodologically sound proposals
- Offer fresh, strategic approaches for answering client briefs
- Help uphold and evolve our proposal standards to reflect best-in-class thinking
- Bring a commercial lens to project scoping, client conversations, and reporting
Collaboration & Culture
- Bring curiosity, openness and energy to everything you do

Skills & Competencies:
- 4 years of experience in ad effectiveness, brand lift or quantitative media research
- A strong grasp of digital media formats and cross-platform campaign evaluation techniques
- Confident with numbers, detail-focused and comfortable handling survey data and metrics
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Take responsibility, keep momentum and get things done on time and to high standards
- Question assumptions, explore new ideas and love getting under the skin of what makes advertising great
- Work well with others, communicate clearly and values kindness and constructive challenge
- Balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work, fast
