Senior Research Executive / Research Manager | Healthcare/Pharma Market Research
📍 London | Hybrid (2–3 days in office) | Full-time
Are you a Senior Research Executive/Research Manager with 2–5 years’ healthcare market research experience who is ready to take more ownership, work more closely with clients and progress towards Research Manager?
We’re working with an ambitious healthcare insights/Pharma market research and strategy consulting team that is looking for a hands-on, confident and curious researcher to join their growing London team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys doing the research, understanding the story in the data and being close to the client — rather than simply coordinating projects from the sidelines. The company have a business model where everyone 'mucks in' stays close to delivery and drives high quality, even at the leadership levels.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and support qualitative and quantitative healthcare research projects
- Take ownership of smaller projects and workstreams
- Become a trusted day-to-day client contact
- Develop questionnaires, screeners, discussion guides and research materials
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative findings and turn them into clear insights
- Contribute to reports, storytelling and client presentations
- Present findings and sections of debriefs to clients
- Manage timelines, priorities and project delivery
- Contribute to proposals and new business opportunities
- Explore AI and emerging technology to make research smarter and more efficient

What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years’ experience in healthcare market research or a closely related field - life sciences/healthcare backgrounds preferred, however broader market research backgrounds are encouraged to apply*
- Experience across quantitative and qualitative research
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Comfortable working directly with clients
- Confident, personable and engaging communication style
- Naturally proactive — someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to turn data into a compelling story
- Ambitious and motivated to progress towards Research Manager
- Interest in AI, technology and innovation is a plus
