More about our mission and what we offer.

Job Description

Your mission

As Senior Research Lead for Grow, you’ll own research’s strategic contribution across the entire business area. You’ll identify and initiate the research programmes that matter most, connecting questions and opportunities across multiple teams.

Your focus will be on where Grow needs to go, what it needs to learn to move forward and driving change. You’ll ensure research anticipates hurdles, identifies future opportunities and helps the organisation make confident decisions.

You’ll work with the cross-functional teams that make up Grow. Together, they’re rethinking how people can earn a return on all their money, regardless of currency, goal or risk appetite. You’ll initially lead one or two researchers, supporting their performance, development and progression while setting clear direction for the team’s work. Alongside this leadership, you’ll continue to plan and deliver strategically important research yourself.

Success at this level means research is integral to how Grow sets direction and prioritises opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
