This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of multiple projects from start to finish, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality research and actionable insights.

The Role
- Managing multiple research projects from initial design through to delivery, analysis and reporting
- Working across a broad range of market research methodologies, including more complex approaches
- Developing a strong understanding of different therapy areas and applying this to research design, materials and findings
- Working closely with pharmaceutical clients to understand their objectives and translate research findings into meaningful insights
- Leading internal project meetings and acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients
- Managing timelines, workloads and project deliverables to ensure everything is delivered on time and to a high standard
- Contributing to proposals and RFPs alongside senior leadership
- Building strong client relationships and supporting opportunities for repeat business
- Presenting research findings and contributing confidently to client discussions
- Provide coaching, feedback and support, conduct regular one-to-ones, encourage development, support wellbeing and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.

What They’re Looking For
- Experienced in market research within pharmaceutical or healthcare research - Quant/Qual or both
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Confident working with clients and presenting research findings
- Organised, proactive and able to think ahead
- Strong analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative team player
- Interested in improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working
- Passionate about developing others and taking on leadership responsibility
