Senior Researcher / Consultant
Bronzegate is growing its Interim Management practice and we’re looking for a Senior Researcher / Consultant to join the team.
We are a specialist executive search and interim management firm focused exclusively on senior Finance and Transformation leadership within Private Equity-backed businesses across the UK and Europe.
Working directly with the Head of Interim, you will help deliver senior, often time-critical mandates across our PE client base – working with Interim CFOs, Finance Directors, Chief Transformation Officers and other experienced executives.
The role will involve:
- Translating client briefs into targeted search and research strategies
- Identifying, approaching and assessing senior interim executives
- Building and developing our proprietary Finance and Transformation network
- Producing high-quality candidate shortlists and market intelligence
- Managing relationships with senior executives across the market
- Helping build the infrastructure and processes required to scale the Interim practice

We’re looking for someone with experience in executive search, interim management, senior recruitment or talent intelligence, with strong research capability, commercial judgement and the confidence to engage senior executives.
Experience in Private Equity, Finance, Transformation, or senior interim markets would be advantageous, but not essential.

There is significant scope to grow with the practice, with two potential longer-term paths: building and leading our Interim Research & Delivery capability, or developing into a broader client-facing and business development role.
