Senior Researcher | Executive Search | Financial Services
Location: London
Salary: £40-60k base + £25-35k bonus
A retained boutique executive search firm, founded in 2012, with a team of 10. Financial services focused, working closely with family offices, PE investors, global asset managers, and investment firms.
- Founder: A consistent £1.7m+ biller who works exclusively retained, fees ranging from £100k up to £400k. Recognized as one of the leading financial headhunters in London.

Compensation:
- Base: £40-60k
- Further £25-35k available across commission and bonus, some formulaic and some discretionary.
Work Environment:
- Mayfair based
- Four days in the office with Fridays from home
- Travel into the office within Zone 3 is covered
- 25 days holiday plus your birthday
