About the Role
Based in London Heathrow, United Kingdom, the Senior Reservations and Ticketing Agent provides exceptional reservations and ticketing services to customers and travel trade partners. The role supports customer satisfaction, service excellence and station performance through accurate booking, ticketing and travel information services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional reservations and ticketing services to customers and travel agents via telephone, email and counter services.
- Arrange reservations and routing for passengers using the Amadeus system and provide accurate fare, policy and procedural information.
- Issue tickets and ensure correct fare quotation and ticketing accuracy.
- Support travel agents with seat confirmations, VIP bookings and ticket-related queries.
- Assist in resolving complex reservations and ticketing issues for customers and colleagues.
- Investigate customer complaints and support continuous service improvement.
- Promote Qatar Airways products, programmes and ancillary offerings to customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer service, professionalism and customer retention.
- Prepare sales, finance and operational reports in line with required deadlines.
- Support operational disruption handling and perform other duties assigned by management.

About You
- Recognised IATA qualification or Airline Advanced Passenger Tariff and Pricing certification is preferred.
- Working knowledge of the Amadeus reservation system.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Good command of the English language.
- Strong problem-solving, time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities is preferred.
- Demonstrated attendance, punctuality and commitment to quality standards.
- Must currently have the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
