Senior Residential Conveyancer | Bristol

TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a highly regarded and growing law firm in Bristol that is looking to recruit a skilled Senior Residential Conveyancer to join its established Second-Hand Homes team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Residential Conveyancer seeking a senior role within a supportive and successful property department. The position offers the chance to manage a high-quality caseload while working alongside an experienced team of residential property specialists.

The Role

You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, focusing primarily on second-hand home transactions. The successful candidate will be expected to manage files independently from instruction through to completion, delivering an exceptional client experience throughout.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you should:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
  • Have a minimum of 5 years' residential conveyancing experience
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of managing a busy caseload independently
  • Have a proven history of consistently achieving billing targets, ideally generating fees at a minimum of three times salary value
  • Possess excellent client care and relationship management skills
  • Be a collaborative team player with strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
