Senior Residential Conveyancer

Location: Bristol (Outskirts)
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE

TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join its established Second Hand Homes team based on the outskirts of Bristol.

With additional offices in London and Devon, this well-respected practice has built an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional client service and offers a collaborative, supportive environment with genuine long-term career prospects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancer looking to join a high-performing residential property team handling quality work rather than high-volume transactions.

You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, focusing exclusively on second-hand homes, from instruction through to post-completion.

  • Working alongside an experienced team, you will provide a high level of technical expertise and client care while contributing to the continued success and growth of the department.

The Ideal Candidate

Applications are welcomed from qualified:

  • Solicitors (SRA)
  • Licensed Conveyancers (CLC)
  • Chartered Legal Executives (CILEx)

You will ideally have:

  • Around 5+ years' PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience.
  • Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently.
  • Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of second-hand residential property transactions.
  • A consistent track record of achieving billing targets, ideally generating fees of approximately three times salary.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
  • A commercial mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
