Senior Residential Conveyancer
Swansea | Hybrid Working Available
Salary: Competitive, DOE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Swansea.
This role would suit a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with around 4-5 years' PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Working directly alongside the firm's Director, you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, whilst benefiting from ongoing mentoring and exposure to more complex property matters.
The Role
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and new build transactions.
- Handling files from instruction through to post-completion.
- Working closely with the Director on a range of more complex matters.
- Receiving training and support in specialist areas including:
- Lease enfranchisement
- Unregistered land and title matters
- Complex residential property transactions
- Delivering a high level of client care and maintaining strong professional relationships.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Approximately 4-5 years' PQE within residential conveyancing.
- Able to manage a busy caseload independently.
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Keen to develop expertise in more complex property matters and progress your career.
