What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions
- Preparing client correspondence and standard documentation
- Opening, maintaining, and closing client files in accordance with compliance procedures
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties
- Assisting with the preparation of contracts, transfer deeds, and completion packs
- Ensuring deadlines and regulatory requirements are met

What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years experience in a residential conveyancing role or legal assistant role
- Solid understanding of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold, sales and purchase matters
