The Role

You'll manage a carefully balanced residential conveyancing caseload while providing day-to-day support to the Conveyancing Manager.

Alongside your own files, you'll mentor junior team members, share technical expertise, offer guidance on complex matters, and help maintain the high standards of client service the firm is known for.

The role offers exposure to a varied mix of residential property work, including technically challenging transactions and high-net-worth clients, making it an excellent opportunity to continue developing your legal expertise while expanding your management responsibilities.

About You

You'll be:

  • An experienced Residential Property Lawyer with a strong background in managing your own conveyancing caseload
  • Confident handling complex residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Passionate about supporting and developing junior colleagues
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication and mentoring skills
  • Ambitious and motivated to progress into a leadership or management position
