Senior Residential Property Solicitor
With over 100 years of history, one of London’s most reputable property law firms is now seeking a Senior Residential Property Solicitor for their London office.
- No book of business required. You’ll walk into a desk with upwards of £400k worth of billings for you to pick up.
This is your opportunity to join a £25m+ turnover Legal 500 law firm, with a clearly defined progression route.
- Property is their core practice area. They have a great reputation with lots of repeat clients and a ready-made support structure with over 30 people in the property team.
Quick career progression will be encouraged. One of the Partners in the firm started as a Trainee and they’ve had numerous examples of Solicitors progressing through the ranks, to Associate, Senior Associate and Partner.

The work will be varied, and you will work across both residential and commercial property (60/40%). Ideal if you don’t just want to do residential sales and purchases.

You will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a property transaction – mostly sales and purchases. The majority of this will be residential transactions, though you’ll also get trained on commercial property.

You will work with a variety of clients. This includes developers, end-users, property investors, banks and offshore clients.

The firm have invested heavily in their employee engagement strategy, have great staff retention and are a longstanding holder of their Investors in People accreditation.

You’ll be in the office 2 or 3 days a week. Close to Oxford Circus station.
What you’ll need
- 5 – 10 PQE Residential Property Solicitor.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales and worked in a law firm.
- Experience in residential property.
