My client, a well-established law firm with a strong presence across Yorkshire, is looking for an experienced Senior Residential Solicitor to join their growing residential property team.
This is a key role for a solicitor or legal executive with a strong track record in residential conveyancing who can manage complex caseloads and contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence.
The Role
You will handle a wide range of residential property transactions, including high-value sales and purchases, leasehold matters, new builds, and transfers of equity. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and lenders, providing clear, proactive advice and keeping transactions on track.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
- Advising on complex title issues, leasehold challenges, and regulatory requirements.
- Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
- Contributing to the firm's Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) standards.

About You
You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with significant post-qualification experience in residential property. You will have excellent technical knowledge and a practical, problem-solving approach.
