This is one of the go-to law firms for Residential Property in London.
They have an excellent reputation and work on a range of Prime Central London properties, listed buildings, and major estates.
Their Legal 500 and Spears ranked team are now seeking a Senior Residential Property Solicitor with 5-10 PQE to join their busy and growing team.
As part of a team of 7 qualified Solicitors, you’ll be joining a 3 Partner team. This means you’ll have both senior support from above and a team of Associates to help you with more straightforward matters.
The residential team work closely with their market-leading private client department and have a great reputation with HNW clients. The firm can therefore provide tailored advice to international clients, particularly when it comes to complex tax issues.

There will be variety. As well as leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, you’ll work on a variety of matters involving issues around property investment, properties held through corporate structures, development sites, enfranchisement, and leasehold matters.

Hybrid working will be accommodated and you’ll generally be in the office 3 days a week.
What you’ll need
5-10 PQE Residential Property Solicitor.
Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales and worked in a reputable law firm.
Experience in residential property.
Strong academics.
