The Firm

An established and growing law firm with a strong reputation in the property market is looking to appoint a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to lead its London conveyancing team.

Although property is the firm’s principal area of expertise, it also provides services across Private Client, Litigation, and Corporate law. The firm operates from offices in London, Manchester, and Hong Kong, with the teams working collaboratively across all three locations.

The property practice acts predominantly for high-net-worth overseas investors and entrepreneurs purchasing new-build properties in the UK. The team also works closely with international banks and other professional advisers to support clients throughout their transactions.

The Opportunity

This is a senior position within the London office, combining a personal conveyancing caseload with responsibility for supervising and developing a team of support staff.

The successful candidate will become the principal senior contact for the London conveyancing team, providing technical guidance, answering queries, and mentoring junior colleagues. However, this is not an isolated management role. The firm operates as one integrated property team, with work regularly shared between its offices to manage capacity and respond to peaks in demand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
