Minimum 5+ PQE | Holborn, London | £70,000–£85,000+ DOE | Hybrid Working
A leading Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked City law firm with a prominent market reputation is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX Lawyer to join its busy and highly successful Residential Conveyancing team.
Joining an established team of more than 25 professionals, you will take on a senior role managing a varied Residential Property caseload, including complex and high-value transactions for HNW clients. You will work with considerable autonomy, develop trusted client relationships, and contribute your experience to the continued success of the Residential Property team.

The Role
Your Residential Property caseload will include:
- Complex and high-value Residential Property transactions for HNW clients
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Title reporting, searches, and due diligence
- Managing Residential Conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Providing to and managing the work of support staff
- Liaising confidently with clients, agents, and other parties
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
About You
- You will be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, preferably more.
- You will have broad Residential Property Conveyancing experience, including complex and high-value matters.
- You will be technically strong and confident handling challenging property transactions.
- You must be able to manage your own Residential Conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
- You will be commercially aware, highly organized, and committed to delivering an excellent client service.
