An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Support Worker / Residential Support Worker to join a well-established company providing specialist residential care for children and young people with complex needs.
This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of A GBP 26,000 - A GBP 30,000 plus A GBP 60 per sleep in and benefits. No sponsorship provided.
We are seeking 2 candidates:
1x Senior Residential Support Worker: Providing direct care and taking a senior role in the day-to-day running of the home, while supporting the development of the wider care team.
1x Residential Support Worker: Providing day-to-day care and support while helping children develop independence, confidence, and positive outcomes.
Salary Details
- For Senior Support Worker: A GBP 30,000 + A GBP 60 per sleep in
- For Support Worker: A GBP 26,000 + A GBP 60 per sleep in

What we are looking for
- Previous experience supporting children and young people with learning disabilities
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare / Children and Young People qualification
- A genuine commitment to supporting and nurturing children and young people
- A full UK manual driving licence
