Job Title: Senior Resource Planning Analyst

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Alderley Edge

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

Closing date: 18th September 2026

As Senior Resource Planning Analyst, you will be part of our Group Operations Planning and Performance team and responsible for providing short and medium-term resource planning across our Group Operations customer facing teams to help them ensure they have the right people in the right place at the right time to deliver world class customer service!

About The Role

  • Support the Resource Planning Manager by producing accurate weekly and intra-daily resource plans, as well as building and maintaining capacity and recruitment plans.
  • Support, develop and mentor the Resource Planning and Real Time Analysts.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, working with them for inputs and advice where necessary.
  • Track and monitor your adherence to plans to ensure accurate planning of resource.
  • Optimise the workforce planning system ensuring Group Operations is resourced as close to customer demand profiles as possible.

About You

  • Proven experience in a Resource Planning role is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw out key messages from these.
  • Understanding of data processes, solutions, and how these can be used to track performance.
  • Knowledge and experience in using workforce planning systems, ideally Verint or NICE IEX.
