We deliver tailored workforce solutions for the built environment - including temporary labour hire and permanent recruitment services, every level from labourers to back office to executive positions.
Role Description
The Senior Resourcer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kings Langley, responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for a wide range of construction and allied industry positions.

You will be responsible for the delivery of trades & labour roles working closely with our Senior Recruitment Consultant and BD Manager.

Qualifications
- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and talent pooling within trades & labour recruitment
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills to engage candidates and support internal teams.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and online professional networks for effective resourcing.
- Solid organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in candidate records and documentation.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices, compliance, and ethical hiring within construction or allied sectors.
- Keen to collaborate within a team environment, and adapt to changing client and project needs.
- Previous experience in agency recruitment or labour hire and a track record of meeting resourcing targets is highly beneficial.
