JGL is looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Resourcer to play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across a range of sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong candidate relationships.
Working closely with Recruitment Consultants and Hiring Managers, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality candidate pipelines and contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and attract high-calibre candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability for vacancies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
- Develop and manage candidate relationships, ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience.
- Create engaging job advertisements and candidate marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records within the recruitment CRM/ATS system.
- Support recruiters and managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep up to date with market trends and candidate availability.
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.
Skills & Experience
Essential:

- Proven experience as a Resourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using recruitment databases, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Desirable:
- Previous experience sourcing blue collar roles within construction industry.
