Salary: Scale F - Starts at £34,662 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £40,383 per annum

About The Role:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Senior Resourcing Officers to join our Recruitment and Selection Team, based at either Devon & Cornwall Police Headquarters, Exeter, or Dorset Police Headquarters, Winfrith. We are recruiting for:
- one permanent position (37 hours per week*),
- one temporary maternity cover position until 30 November 2027 (37 hours per week*),
- a reserve pool for future vacancies anticipated during 2027.
Please note we welcome applications from individuals wishing to work on a part-time basis, for example on a job share basis, and are willing to consider flexible working patterns subject to business need.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in attracting, recruiting and retaining talented people across a wide range of roles, including police officers, police staff, apprentices, special constables and volunteers. Working closely with operational leaders, internal and external partners including HR colleagues, you will help deliver workforce plans that support organisational priorities and create an excellent candidate experience.

About The Role
As a Senior Resourcing Officer, you will provide professional advice and leadership across a range of recruitment and resourcing activities. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure recruitment campaigns, promotions and postings are delivered effectively, efficiently and in line with best practice.
You will also support and develop members of the Resourcing team, helping to create a positive and high-performing environment.
The selection process
