Senior Restaurant Manager - Hakkasan Mayfair

Hakkasan Mayfair, part of the internationally renowned Hakkasan Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team.

We're looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and knows how to bring the very best out of both people and service.

This is an opportunity to play a key role within a world-class brand, leading a talented front-of-house team and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Restaurant Manager, you'll be a visible leader on the restaurant floor, setting the pace for service while coaching and developing the front-of-house team.

  • Lead the day-to-day front-of-house operation, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience
  • Be a visible and inspiring leader on the floor, setting the standard for service excellence and team performance
  • Build lasting guest relationships, anticipating needs and resolving feedback with confidence and professionalism
  • Take ownership of service planning, including floor layouts, team deployment, and operational readiness for each shift
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring accurate cash handling, effective handovers, and operational compliance
  • Coach, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members and junior managers, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training, helping to build and retain a high-performing team
  • Drive operational efficiency through effective stock control, cost management, and continuous improvement
  • Use operational and sales performance data to identify opportunities to improve productivity, revenue, and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, COSHH, licensing requirements, and company standards
  • Collaborate closely with the reception, kitchen, and wider management teams to deliver a consistently smooth and efficient service
  • Support business initiatives, promotions, and guest engagement activities that enhance the overall dining experience

  • Proven restaurant management experience within luxury hospitality, fine dining, or premium lifestyle venues
  • A track record of leading high-performing front-of-house teams in busy, quality-driven environments
  • An inspiring leader who develops people and builds engaged teams
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing labor, costs, and operational performance
  • Exceptional guest engagement skills with the confidence to build lasting relationships
  • Calm, decisive, and hands-on under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
