As a Senior Restructuring & Insolvency Associate, you’ll be joining an award-winning and Legal 500 ranked team, which will offer you highly technical work.

You’ll be joining a collaborative restructuring and insolvency team, and work on both contentious and non-contentious matters. It’s a team of 12 giving you both junior resource and well-regarded Partners to work with.

As a Senior Associate, you’ll likely have one eye on potential Partnership.
All this team’s Partners were promoted internally.
They have a clear progression pathway, and you could be next.
The role will also involve supervising junior Solicitors and guiding them on more technical areas of law.
You’ll be encouraged to expand your own network, pursue business development and build your profile in the firm.
You’ll work on a variety of restructuring matters, including advising individuals, companies, insolvency practitioners and lenders in both transactional and contentious restructuring and insolvency matters.

Based in a prestigious central London office, they embrace hybrid working and you’ll typically be in 3 days a week.
What you’ll need
- 5-9 PQE Construction Solicitor.
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Experience in private practice with a focus on contentious construction.
