The Role

The Senior Retail & CSR Marketing Executive role will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of customer-facing marketing activity across UK retail, CSR, and 360 brand campaign planning.

Working closely with the Director of Global Brand & Partnerships, the wider Brand Marketing team, Creative, CRM, Retail, and channel owners, this role helps ensure that retail and CSR activity is commercially focused, customer-led, and delivered consistently across channels.

The role supports the development of the UK retail marketing calendar, manages activity for priority stores and new store openings, oversees customer-facing CSR campaigns, and helps coordinate the 360 planning process so campaigns are joined up, on brand, and effective.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and manage the UK retail marketing calendar, ensuring activity is aligned with the wider 360 marketing calendar and broader brand priorities.
  • Plan and deliver UK retail marketing activity for top-performing stores, underperforming stores, and key retail priorities, including above-the-line activity such as out-of-home, leaflets, local events, and supporting customer communications.
  • Coordinate retail campaigns across internal teams, including CRM, Retail, Brand Marketing, and Creative, to ensure activity is joined up and delivered clearly across all relevant customer touchpoints.
  • Plan and manage marketing activity for new store openings, ensuring launch campaigns are integrated, timely, and commercially effective.
  • Manage the retail marketing budget, tracking spend carefully and ensuring investment is directed towards activity that supports business priorities and delivers measurable impact.
  • Review retail marketing performance, share results with the wider team, and make clear recommendations for future changes, improvements, or additional activity.
  • Monitor competitor activity and customer-facing retail marketing trends, sharing relevant insights and recommendations with the Brand Marketing team.
  • Manage customer-facing CSR activity, including campaign planning, delivery, ongoing relationship management, and internal coordination.
  • Work alongside the Senior Manager, Global Sports & Ambassador Partnerships, and UK Partnerships on any sports-based CSR activations.
  • Support the 360-planning process with the Director of Global Brand & Partnerships, including calendar planning and the development of seasonal, promotional, and campaign briefs plus assist in outfitting and stack shot planning.
  • Manage the weekly channel owners meeting, helping to keep plans visible, actions clear, and key stakeholders aligned.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative, CRM, Retail, and wider commercial teams to ensure content assets are delivered on time and enable all channels and markets to execute their plans effectively.
  • Help ensure campaigns are on brand, customer-focused, and executed consistently across channels and markets.
  • Manage the content calendar planning, working with the Brand Director and relevant Brand Marketing & Product leads to ensure all partnership and seasonal content plans are incorporated into one clear view.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We Are

Once upon a shirt, Nicholas Charles Tyrwhitt Wheeler (whilst studying Geography at Bristol University – we might add) had the notion that he could make a better shirt at better value than anyone else in the world! He believed that all men; no matter their shape or size, where they may be in the world or indeed their budget; should be able to own a Jermyn Street quality shirt. A proper shirt. A CT shirt. That was over 3 decades ago and whilst Charles Tyrwhitt (it rhymes with spirit by the way) is still famous for proper shirts, these days we are about so much more than collars and cuffs. Our purpose is to “make it easy for men to dress well”. We take care of a chap’s entire wardrobe, providing stylish solutions for every occasion. We make sure he gets what he wants, when and how he wants it.

‘I am Proud and Free to be me!’

When it comes to our people, we really do “Give a shirt”.

Tyrwhitteers (our people) are a diverse, passionate, and entrepreneurial bunch. We enjoy a fun, engaging, and rewarding culture, where everyone is empowered by our 3 BE-liefs which are; “BE the BOSS,” “BE the CUSTOMER,” and “BE the BEST.”
