Who are we looking for?
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of best-in-class retail experiences through leading a small team and owning the entire project lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service and provide seamless customer experience to achieve commercial results whilst ensuring quality, safety and sustainability standards are met.

What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of retail projects, ensuring exceptional service, customer experience and commercial outcomes
- Carry out core people management responsibilities for a small team, leading, motivating, managing and developing to deliver high performance and engagement
- Own project planning, including scope, timelines, resourcing and delivery plans to ensure delivery within budget
- Coordinate logistics, transport, inventory, returns and on-site activity
- Schedule, brief and manage field resources, including training, health & safety and compliance
- Oversee project systems and tools (e.g. Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity, Mintsoft)
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Monitor quality throughout delivery and ensure projects meet brief and sign-off requirements
- Communicate project progress, milestones and risks to senior stakeholders
- Ensure smooth project close-out with learnings captured and shared
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships

What you’ll need:
- Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, ideally within a retail installations environment
- Previous people management experience leading a small team desirable
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
