An opportunity to shape retail growth across EMEA for a fast-growing, global consumer technology business.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Retail Marketing Manager to lead retail channel marketing across EMEA, working at the intersection of brand, retail, commercial and customer experience.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands that great retail marketing is about far more than simply creating campaigns. You'll work closely with some of the region's leading retail partners and distributors, building strong relationships and ensuring that marketing programmes, in-store experiences and brand activations translate into measurable commercial results.
With the business continuing to expand rapidly across international markets, this is an exciting time to join. You'll have the opportunity to help shape how the brand shows up across EMEA retail and play a key role in building the next stage of its growth.
The Role
As Senior Retail Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the development and execution of EMEA retail marketing programmes, partnering closely with Sales, Creative, GTM, Sales Operations and external retail partners.
You'll be the key marketing relationship for important retail accounts and distributors, translating commercial objectives into compelling retail experiences and campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing EMEA retail channel marketing strategies, programmes and co-marketing campaigns.
- Building trusted, commercially focused relationships with major retail partners, regional and national accounts and distributors.
- Managing retail marketing budgets and co-marketing investment, ensuring spend is disciplined, effective and delivers measurable return.
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of retail marketing assets and brand collateral, from briefing and approval through to production and execution.
- Analysing campaign and channel performance using metrics including conversion, CPC, CPA, LTV and ROAS, identifying opportunities to continually improve performance.
- Supporting and developing impactful in-store experiences, including permanent fixtures, temporary displays and retail staff education and training.
- Working across multiple EMEA markets, navigating different retail environments, cultures and commercial requirements.
- Acting as a strong voice for retail within the wider marketing organisation while ensuring close alignment with commercial teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What Will Make You Successful?
This is a role where influence matters as much as authority.
You'll need to be comfortable operating in a fast-moving, matrixed environment where priorities can change quickly and where success depends on bringing multiple teams and external partners together.
You'll be naturally curious and commercially minded, able to move comfortably between strategy and execution. You'll care about the detail, but always understand the bigger picture.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who builds excellent relationships - both internally and with retail partners - and who is motivated by creating marketing programmes that genuinely move the needle.
Why Join?
This is a chance to join a rapidly growing, global consumer technology business at an important stage of its international expansion.
You'll have genuine scope to influence how the brand is represented across EMEA retail, work with high-profile commercial partners and help build the marketing infrastructure required to support continued growth.

You'll join a collaborative, values-led and mission-driven environment where people are encouraged to take ownership, move quickly and make a meaningful impact.
London-based with a hybrid working model.
Ready to shape the next chapter of EMEA retail growth?
