Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Retail Media Intelligence Manager to join our growing Retail Media team.
In this role, you will act as the intelligence and performance partner for the Retail Media business, ensuring stakeholders have timely, accurate, and actionable insights to support decision-making. You will own reporting and analytical deliverables across Retail Media and serve as the team's subject matter expert on performance measurement, data quality, reporting, and business insights.
Working at the intersection of Retail Media, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Offline Marketing, and Co-Marketing, you will help stakeholders understand performance, identify growth opportunities, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and drive data-informed decisions. You will translate complex datasets into clear recommendations that support supplier partnerships, campaign optimization, and Retail Media revenue growth.
What You'll Do
Own Retail Media Reporting & Data Delivery
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of agreed Retail Media reporting and data products.
- Own recurring business reporting and performance tracking processes.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reporting requests to support stakeholder and business needs.
- Partner with Analytics and Data teams to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and scalability.
- Ensure stakeholders have access to reliable and consistent performance data to support decision-making.
Drive Performance Insights
- Analyze campaign, advertiser, audience, supplier, and commercial performance data to identify opportunities, trends, and risks.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Support performance reviews and business planning processes through data-driven insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, advertiser outcomes, and business performance.
- Conduct exploratory analyses to answer key business questions and uncover growth opportunities.

Act as the Retail Media Data & Insights Expert
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Retail Media reporting, measurement, and analytical topics.
- Represent Retail Media in cross-functional discussions related to analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Provide expert guidance on data interpretation, KPI development, and performance evaluation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders seeking to understand business performance and growth opportunities.
- Bridge business requirements with Analytics and Data teams to ensure the Retail Media function receives the insights and support it needs.
Build Strong Cross-Functional Partnerships
- Act as the trusted intelligence partner for Retail Media stakeholders across the business.
- Work closely with Merchandising teams to identify opportunities to grow supplier engagement, improve campaign performance, and generate insights that support supplier-facing discussions.
- Partner with Digital Marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, audience performance, and optimization opportunities across digital channels.
- Collaborate with Offline Marketing teams to support measurement, reporting, and performance evaluation of brand and co-funded marketing initiatives.
- Support Co-Marketing teams with performance insights, supplier reporting, campaign evaluation, and actionable recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with Analytics, Product, Commercial, and Marketing stakeholders to improve measurement capabilities and drive data-informed decision-making.
Continuous Improvement
- Advocate for a data-driven culture within the Retail Media organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve analytical capabilities, reporting processes, and stakeholder self-service.
- Promote best practices in reporting, measurement, and insights generation.
- Share knowledge and analytical expertise across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement of the Retail Media intelligence function.
Qualifications
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Marketing Intelligence, Analytics, Retail Media, E-commerce, or related analytical disciplines.
- Proven track record of delivering insights and recommendations that influence business decisions.
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, e-commerce, or Retail Media ecosystems.

Technical Skills
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of KPI frameworks, reporting methodologies, and business performance measurement.
- Familiarity with attribution, incrementality, experimentation, forecasting, audience analysis, or campaign measurement methodologies is a strong advantage.
