Senior Micro Space Planner (Supervisor)– Lead, Influence & Shape Retail Space Strategy
Our client is an international retailer looking for a Retail Micro Space Planner Supervisor to lead a talented team and drive commercially impactful micro space strategies across multiple retail categories.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Be the micro space planner subject matter expert, relating to planning tools and systems
- Leading/ developing and coaching a small team of micro space planners
- Deliver data-driven planograms that maximize sales, margin, and ROI
- Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, operations, finance, and brand teams
- Own performance reporting and turn insight into action
- Influence macro space decisions through micro-level analysis
- Present to senior leadership and shape future store development
