I’m working with an established and ambitious financial services business that is looking to make a senior appointment within its UK retail distribution team. This is a newly created position, offering the successful individual the opportunity to play an important role in taking an established pension and investment proposition further into the UK retail intermediary market. The business has a strong proposition, ambitious plans for growth and is looking for an experienced sales professional who can bring credibility, relationships and a proven track record within the UK adviser market.
The opportunity
You’ll be responsible for developing and growing relationships across the UK retail market, engaging with financial advisers, intermediary firms and key distribution partners.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who wants to do more than simply inherit and manage an existing territory. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the distribution strategy, build new relationships and materially contribute to the growth of the business.

We’re looking for someone with:
✅ A strong track record in UK retail/intermediary sales or business development
✅ Good knowledge and experience of the UK pensions market
✅ Exposure to investment platforms and/or platform-based propositions
✅ Established relationships within the IFA / financial adviser market
✅ A demonstrable record of delivering commercial results and growing assets/business
✅ The credibility and experience to represent a high-quality proposition at a senior level

Candidates could potentially come from a platform provider, pension provider, investment business, wealth technology firm or another business selling investment/pension solutions through UK financial advisers.
📍 Location is flexible, although candidates must be UK based and comfortable developing relationships across the retail intermediary market.
