Senior Retail Stores Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join The Retail Stores team at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Senior Retail Stores Supervisor, on a fixed term contract for 9 months. This is an excellent role for someone who is passionate about customer service.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Take responsibility for the opening and closing of the store, ensuring all operational procedures are completed accurately and securely.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, upselling opportunities, and promotion of key campaigns and offers.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and housekeeping to create an attractive shopping environment.
  • Supervise, coach, and support a large team of retail assistants, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Manage stock control processes, including deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and loss prevention.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Be available to work matchdays as required, supporting the delivery of a safe, efficient, and exceptional experience for supporters and visitors.
  • Act in a manner that supports the Club's Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride, and Commitment, demonstrating these behaviours in all aspects of the role.
