UPP is the UK’s leading provider of on-campus residential and academic accommodation infrastructure, operating across a diverse portfolio of university partnerships. We are passionate about creating exceptional places for students to live and learn, supported by commercial decisions that are informed by high-quality data, insight and relevant market intelligence.

We are looking for a Senior Revenue and Insights Manager to join our Partnerships team and lead UPP’s portfolio-wide approach to revenue optimisation, pricing, forecasting and commercial insight.

Working closely with the Commercial Sales and Revenue Director and key stakeholders across the business, you will translate complex data and market trends into clear, actionable recommendations. Your insight will support occupancy growth, optimise income and strengthen commercial and strategic decision-making across the portfolio.

This role is based at our award-winning London office near London Bridge, Cannon Street and Monument stations and offers hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office. Some travel and overnight stays may be required.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead portfolio-wide revenue management and pricing activity, developing frameworks that optimise occupancy and revenue performance.
  • Lead annual rent-setting recommendations and supporting analysis.
  • Own occupancy and revenue forecasting, continually improving forecast accuracy and model performance.
  • Develop pricing scenarios, segmentation strategies and revenue recommendations to support business planning and university partner discussions.
  • Lead competitor benchmarking and market monitoring across all operating regions.
  • Analyse student demand, booking behaviour, price sensitivity, product preferences and emerging market trends.
  • Develop live commercial dashboards, executive reporting and market intelligence updates.
  • Lead weekly and monthly revenue and trading reviews, translating performance and forecast variances into clear commercial actions.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Accommodation Services, Finance, ICT and Data teams to improve commercial performance and reporting capability.
  • Provide analytical support for new partnerships, bids, investment opportunities and strategic commercial initiatives.
  • Present data-led recommendations to senior executives, university partners and boards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
