About the Role

As Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will play a senior individual contributor role within EcoOnline’s Enablement function, helping our global revenue organisation grow, perform consistently and deliver against commercial goals. Working closely with the VP Revenue Operations and GTM business leaders, you will co-own the enablement strategy and rolling plan, ensuring priorities are aligned to revenue objectives and translated into practical, scalable programmes for BDRs, Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.

This is an opportunity to shape how enablement is delivered across a global SaaS business, from onboarding and certification through to coaching, playbooks, content standards, tool adoption and field readiness. You will act as a trusted partner to Sales, BDR, Channel and Customer Success leadership, using data, competency insight and commercial judgement to identify capability gaps and turn them into high-impact enablement activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-own the enablement strategy and quarterly planning cadence with the VP Revenue Operations and GTM leaders, ensuring priorities, success measures and resourcing are clear.
  • Design, deliver and continuously improve onboarding journeys for AEs, CSMs and BDRs, including ramp milestones, 30/60/90 day checkpoints and competency-based certification.
  • Lead certification and methodology reinforcement across product knowledge, solution messaging, qualification, GTM initiatives and manager routines.
  • Provide evidence-based coaching to revenue teams and support frontline managers with guidance, workshops and reinforcement across discovery, qualification, value messaging, cross-sell and deal strategy.
  • Use competency, adoption, certification and performance data to diagnose skills gaps, track programme effectiveness and flag risks to field readiness or productivity.
  • Drive the GTM playbook, Resource Hub and enablement content standards, turning playbook material into practical field assets, manager guides, job aids and learning paths.
  • Act as a key collaborator and content driver for Sana LMS, partnering with L&D on governance, build standards, taxonomy, reporting and the audit or rebuild of legacy materials.
  • Lead enablement workstreams within transformation and GTM programmes, coordinating delivery across stakeholders and another enablement resource where required.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS enablement, revenue enablement, sales training, sales coaching or a related commercial effectiveness role.
  • Experience designing and delivering enablement across more than one revenue role, ideally Sales, Business Development and Customer Success.
  • Experience building or contributing to a GTM or sales playbook and driving adoption through practical enablement activity.
  • Hands-on experience with an LMS, ideally including content migration, learning path design, reporting, governance and collaboration with an L&D function.
  • Strong ability to use performance data, revenue intelligence and competency insight to identify capability gaps and shape coaching or enablement priorities.
  • Confidence influencing senior GTM stakeholders, agreeing priorities, managing scope and building credibility across Sales, BDR, Channel, Customer Success and cross-functional teams.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with the ability to set standards, manage multiple priorities and lead through expertise without formal line management responsibility.
  • Global or multi-region experience across EMEA and North America would be advantageous.
