Senior Revenue Growth Manager
Location: Uxbridge, West London
Salary: £85,000–£90,000 + Bonus & Benefits

The Opportunity
D R Newitt is partnering with a leading food business to recruit a Senior Revenue Growth Manager to lead its Revenue Growth Management function.
This is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced commercial finance and RGM leader to take ownership of revenue strategy, drive profitable growth and play a pivotal role in shaping commercial decision-making across a complex, fast-paced business.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance and Operations, you will provide the strategic direction, financial insight and commercial challenge needed to optimise pricing, strengthen customer profitability and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
We are looking for someone who can operate beyond the numbers, combining strong analytical capabilities with commercial leadership, strategic thinking and the confidence to influence decisions at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Revenue Growth Management function, establishing clear priorities and driving commercial performance.
- Own and develop pricing strategies to optimise revenue, profitability and competitive positioning.
- Drive customer and product profitability analysis, identifying opportunities to improve margins and commercial returns.
- Provide financial leadership across customer tenders, cost-to-serve models and commercial investment decisions.
- Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to evaluate pricing, promotional effectiveness and trade investment.
- Develop robust financial models, forecasts and commercial scenarios to support strategic planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, product mix and overall business profitability.
- Influence senior stakeholders through clear, actionable commercial insight and recommendations.
- Challenge existing commercial practices and embed a more strategic, data-led approach to revenue management.

About You
We are interested in speaking with established Revenue Growth Management and Commercial Finance leaders who can demonstrate:
- Significant experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Pricing or Revenue Optimisation.
- Experience leading an RGM function, team or significant revenue growth agenda.
- A strong understanding of pricing strategy, customer profitability, margin management and commercial decision-making.
- Proven experience influencing senior commercial stakeholders and translating financial insight into business strategy.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and commercial planning capabilities.
- Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or a similarly complex consumer goods environment.
- A professional accounting qualification such as CIMA or ACCA would be highly advantageous.
- The confidence, credibility and leadership capability to take ownership of a strategically important function.
